  • Under what conditions can I return or replace my product?
    We accept returns or replacements under conditions such as receiving the wrong product (wrong color, size, style, or model), a damaged product (physical damage or tampered packaging), or an incorrect quantity (missing products or parts).
  • Can I cancel my order if I no longer need it?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be charged by the bank if you opt for a refund, and the refund will be processed within 7 working days through the same mode of payment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept online payments through various secure channels. Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
  • Do you offer international delivery?
    Currently, we only provide free nationwide delivery. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
  • What is your return or replacement policy?
    We offer a 7-10 days return or replacement policy under specific conditions. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can also check the order status by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Orders" section on our website.
  • I got charged for my order, but I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
    In case of a delay in receiving the order confirmation, please contact us. There might be a system delay, and we will ensure you receive the necessary confirmation.
  • What is your delivery time frame?
    We process orders within 1-3 business days, and the transit time is typically 5-7 business days for nationwide delivery. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact delivery times.
